➢CY001: 為一幹細胞抑制劑可以和化療合併使用，目前 CY001完成肺腺癌臨床試驗（ phase 1B)，此外 CY001也有應用在胰臟癌病人，兩個臨床觀察都有看到有部份病人可以顯著增加存活期。
➢ YQ1: 以生物資訊大數據方式分析癌症幹細胞基因表現圖譜，找到一個具潛力之抗癌幹細胞中草藥YQ1 YQ1已完成主持人自行發起 (PI initiate)之第二期臨床試驗 (在長庚醫 院 2017年獲第十四屆國家新創獎－學研新創獎 ; 另外 YQ1也應用在 COVID-19病人治療，也在 2021年獲得第十八屆國家新創獎－學研新創獎。
➢ Drug D: 我們正在開發 Irinotecan 加上 Drug D應用在大腸直腸癌的適應症上，希望能技轉給廠商，然後進入臨床試驗。
